Open Positions

We are looking for a Senior Tax Accountant/Tax Manager for our rapidly growing firm.  Ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in various Tax compliance levels, including partnerships, corporations, trusts and individual taxes.  Outstanding opportunity for growth, with a direct path to Partnership for the right candidate.  Flexible work schedules, incredible culture and a competitive compensation and benefits package included.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a detailed technical review of partnership, corporate, fiduciary and individual federal and state tax returns and reviewing all related work papers
  • Provide tax compliance and advisory services to a variety of clients.
  • Act as a supervisor to ensure client work is performed within time, scope, budget
  • Conduct tax research
  • Keep informed of current tax developments and effectively apply tax knowledge/research to a specific client’s situations
  • Advise clients and be responsible for delivering high quality tax service and advice
  • Build and maintain client relationships through direct contact at appropriate levels of the organization on assigned engagements; consistently provide timely response to client and internal requests

Qualifications:

  • BS in Accounting from an accredited university required
  • Seven or more years in tax accounting required
  • CPA certification required
  • Candidates should be growth-motivated with the objectives to grow his/her practice with compliance and consulting service
  • Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to interact effectively at all levels
  • Able to handle multiple priorities, tasks and simultaneous projects
  • Able to work effectively both as part of a team and independently
This is a full-time internship where you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in tax accounting, with potential for a permanent position.

An accounting major who is near graduation and with a high GPA is preferred. This is a full time position, with the possibility for flexible hours based off of academic schedules.

Responsibilities:

  • Compile information into organized workpapers
  • Prepare tax returns for clients, primarily individual returns

Qualifications:

  • Student of Accounting at an accredited university required
  • Intention to pursue CPA exam required
  • Able to handle multiple priorities, tasks and simultaneous projects
  • Able to work effectively both as part of a team and independently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and problem solving
  • Relevant work experience preferred, but not required
This is a full-time internship where you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in audit and assurance services, with potential for a permanent position.
